Kickin' Salsa

This is a great, tasty salsa to try on your friends! My friend Betsy who grew up in New Mexico is a gourmet Mexican cook and she made it for us! Use it with rosemary flatbread, corn chips, or your favorite cracker. It is low in calories and no salt because the lime juice adds flavor! And it’s quick and easy.

Marinated shrimp

This is a beautiful dish when layered in a clear, class compote and serves as a lovely addition to a festive buffet OR just darn good snack for friends and family over on a Saturday night to watch a movie or game.

Also very nice appetizer with wine, good friends and great conversation…my personal favorite!
