Shelled Sadandy peas from Jacobs Proudce have arrived at Market2Go this week in 3 different bag sizes!
You can of course enjoy these peas as a side, but the recipes listed below highlight some ways to make them the star of the dish!
- Pea Hummus, an awesome dip for party appetizers such as chips, toasted baguette slices, and crunchy raw veggies.
- For a light, but flavorful soup, consider trying Field Peas in Herbed Broth, which uses fresh bay leaves, parsley, and thyme.
- And for something a bit more filling, there’s Lemon Vinaigrette Pasta Salad with Field Peas, a simple to make vegetarian recipe that uses peas, tomatoes, garlic, and several fresh herbs.
