Berry Farms is a bio-intensive organic farm (certified organic since 2007) located just outside of Vidalia, Ga. Jason is a 4th generation Georgia Farmer(on both sides), so his passion and love for farming is most definitely in his blood. He initially became interested in reducing pesticide and fertilizer usage on his family’s conventional vegetable farm, which lead to continuous research and knowledge of organic farming. We now solely concentrate on organic growing with specific emphasis on managing soil microbiology. Our philosophy has been to build a diverse ecosystem and a balanced soil food web. We believe this is a truly sustainable method of farming and produces higher quality and better tasting food.
