Frozen Bell Pepper

A method to freeze and put up bell peppers to use a little at a time for dishes like spaghetti sauce, stir frys, omelettes, etc. This method also works for onions.
Serves: As many as you like
Step by Step Instructions
- Wash, cut out stems, cut in half and remove seeds.
- dice or cut into 1/2-inch strips or rings.
- Freeze in small portions in freezer bags to use as needed.
