Fresh Cabbage & Sausages

Serves: 2-4

4 Sausage links      View Available Products
2 Potatoes, peeled and quartered      View Available Products
4 cups finely diced fresh cabbage      View Available Products
1/2 cup water
mustard      View Available Products
vinegar      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put sausages in a skillet.
  2. Place potatoes between them.
  3. Cover with cabbage, add water.
  4. Cover and cook over very low heat and forget about it until dinnertime. It won't burn, but it will brown by itself. Serve with mustard and vinegar.
