Pomegranate Bruschetta

Make simple fall and winter bruschetta by spreading a bit of goat cheese on toasted baguette slices and topping with minced red onion, minced parsley, and some pomegranate seeds.

1 cup spreadable goat cheese      View Available Products
1 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)      View Available Products
2 tbsp fresh parsley      View Available Products
or fresh mint      View Available Products
1/4 cup finely diced red onion (optional)      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice baguette into 12-15 thin slices. Toasted, if desired.
  2. Spread each slice with a thin layer of spreadable goat cheese (or slice goat cheese into thin slices)
  3. Top with a smattering of pomegranate seeds, a bit of mint or parsley, and a little red onion (optional).
