Persimmon Bread Pudding

1 cup Persimmon pulp      View Available Products
3/4 cup Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten      View Available Products
1 cup Flour      View Available Products
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Milk      View Available Products
1/4 pound Butter, melted      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the persimmon pulp with the sugar, then mix in the eggs, milk, and butter.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg before mixing them into the persimmon mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9 inch square cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 315-325 degrees.
