Persimmon Rice Pudding

An easy to prepare seasonal pudding that can be enjoyed warm or chilled. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!
Step by Step Instructions
- Combine the rice and the persimmon pulp together in a bowl and set it aside.
- Combine the sugar, milk, flour, egg, vanilla, then add this mixture to the rice mixture. Stir in the walnuts and raisins.
- Pour into a greased 3 qt baking dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The pudding can be served warm or chilled.
