Hearty Crockpot Fish Stew

You can use catfish, haddock, or flounder to make this easy and cozy stew. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Serves: 4-6

1 1/2 pounds Flounder fillets (cut into 2 ounce pieces)      View Available Products
2 tablespoons Melted butter      View Available Products

1 clove Garlic (minced)      View Available Products
1 Large onion (sliced)      View Available Products
1 Bell pepper (seeded and cut into pieces)      View Available Products
1 or 2 Zucchini (cut into pieces)      View Available Products
5-6 Whole tomatoes (peeled)      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil leaves (store bought or homemade)      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves (store bought or homemade)      View Available Products
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Dry white wine
4 ounces Mushrooms (sliced)      View Available Products
Parsley for garnish      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients and combine all of them in a crockpot. Stir them together thoroughly.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with a side of bread.
