Fuyu Persimmon Pie

An autumnal fruit pie that’s fairly easy to prepare. Try serving it with a little bit of vanilla ice cream. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place your pie crust into 1 9 inch pie pan. Mix the cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg together. Put the persimmons into the piecrust and pour the spice mixture over them.
- Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, and butter together, then pour the mixture over the persimmons.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for 45 more minutes. Serve with a little vanilla ice cream.
