Shrimp Salsa

A spicy seafood dip that uses local herbs, vegetables, and shrimp. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Serves: 2 cups

1/2 pound Shrimp (peeled, deveined, cooked, and chopped)      View Available Products
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)      View Available Products
3 Radishes (chopped)      View Available Products
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (minced)      View Available Products
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Jalapeno (chopped & seeded)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Chips for dipping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place the shrimp, tomato, onion, radishes, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the salsa until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with chips.
