Cabbage and Rutabaga Slaw

This crunchy chilled slaw makes a delicious side dish on a warm day! You can also add chopped apples or pears for a little extra sweetness. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Vegan!

Ingredients
2 cups Rutabaga (peeled & diced)      View Available Products
2 cups Cabbage (finely chopped)      View Available Products
1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)      View Available Products
1/4 cup Fresh parsley (minced)      View Available Products
1/2 cup Apple cider vinaigrette
Chopped apple (optional)
AND/OR Chopped pear (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss them until they are well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate covered for 3 hours.
  3. Serve!
