Herbed Feta Dip

Serves: 3 cups

1/2 cup Fresh parsley sprigs      View Available Products
1/2 cup Mint leaves      View Available Products
1/2 cup Olive oil      View Available Products
2 cloves Garlic (peeled)      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Feta cheese (crumbled)      View Available Products
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
Dipping suggestions include:
Baguette slices      View Available Products
Carrot sticks      View Available Products
Cucumber sticks      View Available Products
Small tomatoes      View Available Products
Pepper slices or small whole peppers      View Available Products
Small whole radishes (tops & roots removed)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the parsley, mint, olive oil, garlic, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add feta and lemon juice and blend until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Serve with baguette slices and/or fresh veggies.
