Baked Halibut

Healthy and easy! This recipe pairs well with a side of fresh vegetables such as asparagus, okra, potatoes, or a salad. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Serves: 4

1 pound Halibut fillet      View Available Products
1/4 cup Olive oil      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Juice from one medium sized lemon      View Available Products
Chopped fresh herbs of choice (if desired)      View Available Products
Side/s for serving such as:
Asparagus      View Available Products
Potatoes      View Available Products
Okra      View Available Products
And/or salad      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir the salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil together in a bowl.
  3. Place the halibut on a sheet pan or in a baking dish, then brush it with the oil mixture. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs if desired and serve with a side or sides of choice.
