Honey Baked Ham

Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 cup
White granulated sugar
1/2 cup
Brown sugar
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon
Paprika
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Spray either a roasting pan or a Dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray, then place the ham flat side down in the center of it. Mix the honey & butter together in a bowl, then slather the mixture onto the ham & in between the slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove the ham from the oven, then set the oven to the broil setting. Mix the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, onion powder, ginger, and paprika together in a bowl, then rub the spice mixture over the top of the ham.
- Return the ham to the oven and broil until brown & caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow 5 to 10 minutes for cooling before serving.
