Three-Pepper Guacamole

A delicious & spicy vegan dip that’s made from fresh jalapeno & serrano peppers! Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Serves: 4 cups
Vegan!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Minced fresh cilantro      View Available Products
1/4 cup Minced fresh cilantro      View Available Products
4 tablespoons Onion (finely chopped), divided      View Available Products
3 tablespoons Minced jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)      View Available Products
1 tablespoon Minced serrano pepper (seeds removed)      View Available Products
2 or 3 tablespoons Chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
3 cloves Garlic (minced)      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 medium sized Ripe avocados (peeled and cubed)
1/3 cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)      View Available Products
Tortilla chips for dipping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of cilantro, 2 tablespoons onions, all of the peppers, garlic, and salt in a bowl with a fork, mashing while stirring.
  2. Stir in the avocados, then fold in the tomatoes and the remaining cilantro & onions.
  3. Serve with chips.
