Grilled Shrimp & Satsuma Salad

Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 15 ounce cans
Black beans (rinsed & drained)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
1 teaspoon
Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon
Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 cup
Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisk the satsuma juice, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and cilantro together.
- Toss the black beans, bell pepper, and onion with the satsuma dressing.
- Divide the salad greens between 4 plates, then spoon the bean mixture atop each. Top each with shrimp, then garnish with cilantro.
