These homemade fries are a wonderful way to use locally grown rutabagas! Please note that while the recipe itself is vegan, some of the dipping suggestions may not be. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently toss the rutabaga spears with the oil and spices until they have been well coated. Lay out the spears on the prepared baking sheet, with a bit of space between each one.
- Bake the fries for 30 minutes, flipping the spears over after 15 minutes of cooking. Serve with condiments of choice for dipping.
