Vegan Roasted Broccoli with Lemon & Garlic

Vegan!

Ingredients
1 pound Broccoli florets      View Available Products
And/or Cauliflower florets      View Available Products
1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 1/2 teaspoons Olive oil      View Available Products
1 Lemon (halved)      View Available Products
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Onion powder
1/8 teaspoon Red chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425, then, on a baking sheet toss the florets with oil, sea salt, pepper flakes, garlic and onion powder. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then spread out into an even layer with as little overlap as possible.
  2. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring and flipping halfway through cook time.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the florets, then serve.
