Freeman's Mill all-purpose Wheat Flour is Stone Ground using locally grown Winter Wheat. The Whole Grain is ground using our 24" Davis Stone Mill and then sifted on our 48" Meadows Bolter through flour silks producing a soft, beautifully colored, wheat flour. The Coarse Bran, Shorts, and Middlings are sifted out and offered for sale separately. This flour is not bleached.
Our grain is not de-germinated, so this is, at the present, a seasonal item that must be stored in the freezer.
The flour is bagged in white paper 2-lb bags.
