Our yellow corn (from which we grind our meal and grits) is a full season, non-genetically engineered corn of an heirloom variety. All grain meets and exceeds the requirements for food grade corn as determined by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and its labs.
Our bags are printed by us on our 1890's vintage Chandler & Price Letter Press to give you the look of the old time bags that cornmeal and grits were sold in at the turn of the century.
