Our white corn is a full season, non-genetically engineered corn of an heirloom variety. All grain meets and exceeds the requirements for food grade corn as determined by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and it's labs. Our Bags are printed, by us, on our 1890's vintage Chandler & Price Letter Press to give you the look of the old time bags that meal and grits were sold in at the turn of the century.
