From our own farm born and raised steers, hormone-free and antibiotic free. Steers are raised on grass and supplemented with corn silage, sorghum silage and grain, and then moved into the cow herd to get that just right finish and taste. Our herd has been Certified and Accredited TB & Tuberculosis free for over 20 year and each steer is source verified since was born on our farm.
