What are MICROGREENS? Microgreens are the 7-15 day growth of various herbs and vegetables. When seeds germinate, they have all of the nutrients that the full-size vegetables need. Thus these “small” greens are quite concentrated with these nutrients. Microgreens add lost of flavor, nutrients, and texture to any meal from eggs to sandwiches to pasta and everything in between!

Ebenezer Greens is an indoor farm that grows various types of microgreens – including arugula, wasabi mustard, radish, broccoli, cabbage, and many more. Whether you are interested in a blend of microgreens or a specific type, we have you covered.
