Apple Pomegranate Harvest Salad

Try this amazing harvest salad made with crisp apple slices, crunchy + sweet pomegranate seeds, and lots of greens paired with a simple balsamic dressing. The perfect salad to serve as Thanksgiving side salad or to compliment your favorite meal!

Ingredients

1 cup pomegranate seeds View Available Products

1 apple, sliced thin View Available Products

1/4 cup pecans View Available Products

2-3 tbsp feta cheese View Available Products

mixed greens, like View Available Products

kale, View Available Products

spinach, View Available Products

or arugula View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions

Add greens to medium bowl and and add toppings as desired.
Drizzle with dressing, like a honey balsamic vinaigrette, and serve!
