A sweet and nutritional smoothie to beat the heat in a healthy way! Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots (peeled & diced)
  • 1 Green apple (cored & diced)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 Frozen banana (sliced)
  • OR 1 cup of ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel & dice the carrots and apple.

    Put he carrots, apple, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and ginger into the blender and blend until they are all well mixed.

    Add either the banana slices or ice cubes, then blend until the smoothie is well mixed. Pour and enjoy!
