
Apple Carrot Smoothie
A sweet and nutritional smoothie to beat the heat in a healthy way! Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 Carrots (peeled & diced)
- 1 Green apple (cored & diced)
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1 Frozen banana (sliced)
- OR 1 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
- 1Peel & dice the carrots and apple.
- 2Put he carrots, apple, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and ginger into the blender and blend until they are all well mixed.
- 3Add either the banana slices or ice cubes, then blend until the smoothie is well mixed. Pour and enjoy!
