Ingredients
1 cup
Long-grain white rice (washed)
2
Cinnamon sticks
2 cups
Water
1 cup
Evaporated milk
1 12 ounce can
Sweetened condensed milk
1 pinch
Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
1/2 cup
Sugar

Step by Step Instructions
- Combine the rice, water, and salt in a saucepan over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the cinnamon sticks and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring very occasionally. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the rice.
- Mix the whole milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar and condensed milk in a bowl. Pour the milk mixture over the rice, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Again, stir very occasionally.
- Before serving, either allow to cool slightly or refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon the pudding into bowls and top as desired.
