The Market is Open!

Thanks for shopping with us!

We farm…therefore you eat! We are celebrating our farmers this week at the market to say thank you to the folks who grow the food we eat. All of our vendors grow locally in Bulloch and nearby counties.

Find delicious produce like field peas, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes, onions, garlic, and blueberries.

We also have fresh, local herbs, honey, eggs, coffee, bread, milk, butter, cheese, seafood, shrimp, beef, pork, chevon, garden supplies, candles, soaps, lotions, as well as items that are already prepared and ready to eat.

Welcome to new vendor, B&J Farms in Stillmore who offers pasture raised poultry, the way nature intended on grass, bugs, and sunlight.

Bootleg Farm and Southern Swiss Dairy both have their products online on Market2Go. They are no longer regulars at the Saturday Market, so look for them here!

Did you know that Market2Go has items for your pets? You can find pet food, bones, Wagz Dog Treats, and pet grade raw goat milk from Bootleg Farm.

Remember we have changed locations for our Statesboro pickup to the Statesboro Convention & Visitors Bureau at 222 S. Main St. Hours will remain the same, and our Sylvania pickup will remain the same at Victory Garden General Store.

We eliminated the annual membership fee – read about the changes here. To maintain support for the market, we added a surcharge of 7% on each order, beginning on March 1st.

Our featured vendor this week is Poor Robin Gardens, a secluded small farm in Screven County that grows grows a bounty of beautiful vegtables and fruits, with a unique growing style that includes inter-planting of compatible crops in beds and containers set amidst shade trees. You can find their items at the Saturday Main Street Farmers Market.

Also this Saturday, August 17th, local farmers can stop by the info booth at the Main Street Market to receive a Free Farmers’ Market Sticker and a $2 bonus on tokens purchased.

Our featured sponsor this week is Edenfield, Cox & Bruce. The southeast Georgia law firm of Edenfield, Cox, Bruce is made up of six attorneys with more than 100 years of combined experience. Their attorneys strive to offer the highest quality business dispute litigation services, in addition to representing individual clients needing experienced counsel in personal injury, divorce and family law, and real estate cases.
