Patty Pan Squash in season now!

Squash Skillet:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 cups cubed patty pan squash
2 med tomatoes, quartered or smaller
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add squash and tomatoes and cook until just tender.

Delicious and uses many vegetables that are currently in season!
