We have some announcements here at Market2Go this week!
First off, please join us in welcoming the newest vendor Sonni Branch Creations, who has some lovely hand-made wreaths with locally sourced components!
Next up, Anthony’s Roots has fresh jujubes, which are similar to sweet apples. They are high in vitamin C and can have many health boosting properties. Jujubes can be enjoyed as they are or can also be used to make tea.
And finally both Ma’s Country Pantry and Ogeechee Peaches have scuppernongs and muscadines grapes available this week. These native grapes do have seeds to contend with, but they’re definitely worth it! They are high in micronutrients and antioxidants with potential health benefits.
If you’re looking for something to do with scuppernongs and muscadines besides jam, then consider trying out Muscadine Salsa or Chicken with Muscadine or Scuppernong Grapes
