Say Cheese!


This week we’re highlighting Bootleg Farm’s wide array of awesome cheeses by serving up some sensational recipe suggestions that feature them!

  • For a nutrient packed breakfast, try out a Veggie and Goat Cheese Omelet with fresh eggs, zucchini, green onions, and crumbled cheese
  • If you’re looking for a healthy baking project, try these customizable Mini Veggie Frittata Muffins that feature basil, sage, kale, and feta cheese alongside cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and/or bell peppers!
  • For a super simple cheesy side, whip up some Sauteed Corn with Cheddar (topped with crumbled bacon, sliced peppers, and fresh herbs!)
  • And for an extra meaty treat, try out some Bacon Cheeseburger Soup, flavored with local ground beef, onions, cheddar, bacon, and tomatoes
