- At lunch, atop a Seasonal Salad (that features a muscadine vinaigrette and peppers, okra, and tomatoes) or in deluxe Six Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
- At dinner in Roasted Vegetable Macaroni and Cheese that incorporates veggies like mushrooms, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and yellow squash into your nightly meal (try using red pepper cheddar to add a bit of extra kick!)
