Peppers are coming in strong this week on Market2Go, we’ve even got two new varieties available!
Our varieties include:
- Cayenne Peppers
- Bell Peppers
- Sweet Banana Peppers
- Finger Peppers
- and Cubanelle Peppers
So spice up your week by making:
- Some Homemade Salsa that uses several varieties of pepper, including cayenne.
- Feta Cheese Stuffed Peppers make a great appetizer, and can be made with sweet long peppers like banana peppers and cubanelle peppers.
- Pickled Banana Peppers that are perfect for adding a little extra kick to hot dogs, burgers, salads, and sandwiches!
- And for a super satisfying supper, there’s Chicken Phaal, a spicy chicken & tomato curry that uses very spicy jwala (aka finger) peppers, but can be modified to suit your tastes.
