This week we’re highlighting the fabulous frozen foods that Jacobs Produce has to offer! Harvested at their peak and preserved for some unseasonal snacking and suppers!
So stock up on:
- Peaches and strawberries (pre-frozen fruit is perfect for smoothies, floats, and shakes)
- Butterbeans (consider then cooking up in a Creamy Casseroles!)
- And of course, a wide variety of field peas, like Zipper, SaDandy, Dixie Lee, and more! (try them as a humble hummus, a savory southern soup, or a brightly hued Buddha bowl (vegan!)
