Summer squash is coming in strong this week, so Market2Go would like to suggest some simple savory recipes! Additionally, the three recipes listed below are all vegetarian friendly!
- Balsamic Zucchini Saute is a quick and flavorful side dish
- Vegan Yellow Squash Soup works well as a side or a main entree

Market Help Needed
Can you help at the Market2Go?
We’ll be short on staffing for our Statesboro drive-through pickups for the next few weeks, during GS exam week and class break. We could use four or five volunteers to help assemble orders and take them out to vehicles during the Statesboro drive through on any of these three Thursdays:

- Thursday, May 13, 4:00 – 6:00
- Thursday, May 20, 4:00 – 6:00
