If you missed out on one of your favorite products from Doug’s Wild Alaska Salmon on his last visit to the market Saturday, you’ve got another chance – He left us well stocked up! Plus, be sure to check out the recipe list below for some culinary inspiration as well!
- Salmon Lox Bagels make a great breakfast/brunch/snack/whatever, with highly customizable toppings such as radishes, arugula, sliced hard boiled eggs, fresh dill, and sliced onions, just to name a few!
- Salmon Chowder is warm, hearty, and filling with vegetables like carrots, onions, and garlic, as well as fresh herbs like dill, thyme, and chives! Great with a side of bakery-fresh bread!
- Miso Salmon is an easy and healthy dinner, with a honey-miso coated salmon filet on a bed of spinach, peas, onions, and red sweet pepper.
- And Baked Halibut is another quick and easy recipe that requires very little effort for a delicious meal, using fresh herbs to enhance the flavor. Some suggested sides for this recipe are salad, asparagus, potatoes, or spinach.

Easter Dinner!
Easter Sunday is coming up this weekend, so be sure to bunny-hop your way over to Market2Go to stock up for the weekend!
