Tomatoes have arrived on Market2Go this week, so we’d like to highlight a few of the delightful recipes that make use of the seasonal summer produce that’s currently available!
- A super simple Salsa recipe that gets a bit of bite from fresh jalapeños
- Çoban salatasi (aka Shepherd’s salad) has many variants and can be modified to suit your tastes by adding or omitting herbs, vegetables, and seasonings
- The recipe for Farmer’s Market Sauté was created by one of our vendors, The Herb Lady, and works great as a side or main dish
- And Grilled Vegetable Ratatouille is an easy yet elegant recipe that boasts loads of local produce such as eggplants, tomatoes, basil, zucchini, and more!
