Our featured vendor this week is Jacobs Produce, a family owned and operated farm in Rocky Ford. They are a long-time vendor at the farmers market with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that can be found at their farm stand, the Saturday market, and on Market2Go. Visit them this Saturday, July 27th, at the Farmers Market for Summer in the South!

Their items can be found at their farm stand, the Saturday market and on Market2Go. Visit their booth at the Main Street Farmers Market on July 13th for some peaches, nectarines, and peach cupcakes during the Peach Fest!
Our featured sponsor this week is Victory Garden General Store, a locally owned store in Sylvania that provides quality local food and other locally produced items. They also provide a location for the Market2Go pickup in Sylvania. The owner, Lisa Guidos, makes delicious quiches, casseroles, scones, and desserts that can be found at her store, the Sylvania Farmers Market, and on Market2Go. She will be at the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market on Saturday, July 13th, making peach crepes and bringing other peach delicacies at the Peach Fest.

Visit the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market this Saturday for Corny Days. Our Vendor of the week, Jacobs Produce, will have sweet corn at their booth! Also, free corn on the cob will be given out at the seasonal eating booth! Canning and freezing demos will be held at Ag South Kitchen across the street from the market with techniques for putting up sweet corn.

Market2Go is closed this week since the July 4th Independence Day holiday falls on a Thursday pick-up day. We will open again on Friday, July 5th.
Come to the Saturday market this weekend for a Market Picnic. Vendors will be offering a wide variety of picnic food – burgers, sausage, pizza, veggie sandwiches, empanadas, and shrimp skewers plus lots of sides and desserts.
There will be tables and chairs set up everywhere for you and your friends and family to enjoy a picnic at the market.
Our featured vendor this week is Ma’s Country Pantry, offering items made by several family-run Mennonite businesses near Metter. Their condiments, salsas, jams, dressings, and pickled vegetables can be found at the Saturday market and on Market2Go. There will be some samples of their items at the burger bar set up at the seasonal eating booth.
Our featured sponsor this week is Tillman, Brannen, and Minick , a locally owned Feed and Seed store in Statesboro. Stop by their store for rustic home decor, flowers, vegetables, bee supplies, animal care, hunting and fishing gear, clothes, boots and seasonal items.
