Garlic Roasted Radishes

A simple, seasonal side dish that incorporates radishes, garlic, and fresh herbs! This recipe can be considered vegan if an appropriate butter substitute is used. Please consider leaving a picture or comment if you decide to try this recipe!

Serves: 4

1 pound Radishes (halved, with stems & ends removed)      View Available Products
1 tablespoon Butter (melted)      View Available Products
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Dried herbs such as:
Dried parsley      View Available Products
Dried chives      View Available Products
And/or dried dill      View Available Products
2 cloves Garlic      View Available Products
(optional ) Toppings such as:
Ranch dressing      View Available Products
Fresh parsley      View Available Products
Fresh chives      View Available Products
And/or fresh dill      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the radishes, melted butter, dried herbs of choice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until the radishes are well coated, then spread them out on a 9 by 13 baking pan.
  2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, add the garlic and continue baking.
  3. Serve with dressing and fresh herbs if desired.
