If you are not familiar with the Satsuma mandarin orange it is the size of a tangerine and is very sweet the fruit turns from green to Yellow as it ripens and to Orange at full maturity what makes the Satsuma different from other oranges is that the Satsuma is extremely easy to peel, is considered seedless, low acid, and separates easily into segments. satsumas make a refreshing fruit snack.
