We’re short on volunteers to help with Market2Go drive-through pickup this week and the following two Thursdays in December:
- Tomorrow, December 2
- Next week, December 9
- Last market before Christmas, December 16
Time: 4:00 – 6:00 pm (partial shifts are fine but come early to get training)
Location: Statesboro Convention and Visitors Bureau, 222 South Main Street
We need folks who can assemble orders to customer invoices and walk them out to customers in the drive through. High school and college students welcome!

Market2Go is closed this week for Thanksgiving. We will reopen on Friday the 26th.
The last Saturday market is the 20th, followed by Shopping by Lantern Light on Tuesday, Nov 23rd from 6-8pm in the Synovus Bank parking lot. More than 60 vendors are expected. Come out and shop local for Thanksgiving goodies like fresh produce, cakes, pies, meats, and casseroles. Plus you can begin your holiday gift buying early – there will be a huge selection of fine art, crafts, jewelry, soaps, candles, and more!

- For the main course there’s turkey, chicken, roast, salmon, or ham in whatever cut or size suits you best
- Vegetables are plentiful with seasonal favorites like sweet potatoes, acorn & butternut squash, peas aplenty, and collard greens
- Time-saving prepared sides like macaroni & cheese, coleslaw, soups, breads, and more
- Condiments like fresh herbs, pre-mixed seasonings, and locally bottled glazes, sauces, dressings, jams, butters, relishes
